The first eminent theorist of Belarusian lexicography. pp. 12--17

Summary: The paper considers the metalexicographic works by S. M. Nekrashevich, their place among various trends in Belarusian lexicography. It evaluates Nekrashevich's contribution to the development of the Belarusian lexicographic tradition. After the analysis of these works a conclusion is made that he is the first prominent theorist in the history of Belarusian lexicography. Taking into account methodological importance of the above mentioned works for the further development of Belarusian lexicography it is proposed to make a complete reprint of Nekrashevich's lexicographic heritage.
Резюме: Рассматриваются металексикографические работы С. М. Некрашевича, определяется их место в рамках различных направлений белорусской теоретической лексикографии, оценивается вклад С. М. Некрашевича в развитие белорусской лексикографической традиции. На основании проведенного анализа металексикогра-фических работ С. М. Некрашевича делается вывод о том, что академик С. М. Некрашевич вошел в историю отечественного языкознания в качестве первого крупного теоретика белорусской лексикографии. Учитывая большое методологическое значение указанных работ для дальнейшего развития словарного дела в Беларуси, предлагается переиздать лексикографическое наследие С. М. Некрашевича в полном объеме.

Summary: The paper focuses on one of the major issues of the "Administrative Legislature" course. It elucidates the questions as regards to the executive branch of power and the functions connected with this branch. The profound analysis made by the author does not only suggest some new theoretical models but also introduces certain concrete proposals concerning the updating of the Belarusian legislature.
Резюме: Статья посвящена одному из центральных вопросов курса «Административное право», исполнительной власти и осуществляемым ею функциям. Автор на основе глубоко анализа существующих проблем предлагает не только некоторые новые теоретические конструкции, но и вносит конкретные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства Республики Беларусь.

The notion of educational and labour agreements and their classification. pp. 37--41

Summary: The paper studies the legal character of educational and labour agreements. It defines their role within labour legislature system, singles out the types of these agreements and stresses the practical importance of their classification. The author suggests the idea to further expand the regulatory sphere which concerns educational and labour relations.
Резюме: Анализируется правовая природа учебно-трудовых договоров, определяется их место в системе договоров о труде. Выделены виды учебно-трудовых договоров, обоснована практическая значимость их классифика ции. Автор вносит предложение о необходимости расширения договорного регулирования учебно-трудовых отношений.

Summary: The article describes the world experience gained in the establishing and functioning of innovative activity infrastructure. It suggests the ways to create and develop this infrastructure in Belarus.
Резюме: Зарубежный опыт свидетельствует, что именно инновационная инфраструктура является необходимым условием коммерциализации результатов научных исследований и разработок. Освещается мировой опыт создания и функционирования инфраструктуры инновационной деятельности, его использование в России и с учетом этого опыта даются предложения по созданию и совершенствованию инновационной инфраструктуры в Республике Беларусь.

ГIСТОРЫЯ. HISTORY

Summary: The article describes the development of the Belarusian National Movement from the second half of the 19^th century to 1920. This subject has been analysed for the first time in the national historiography. The author comes to the conclusion that the Belarusian National Movement fought a thorny way which started from the establishment of the Belarusian literary language at the end of the 19^th century to the declaration of the Belarusian statehood in 1918 and 1919.
Резюме: Впервые рассматривается развитие белорусского национального движения со второй половины XIX века по 1920 год. Белорусское национальное движение прошло сложный путь: от развития белорусского литературного языка в конце XIX века до объявления белорусской государственности в 1918 и 1919 годах.

The renovation of the Belarusian Agricultural and Production Complex (APC). pp. 53--59

Summary: The paper investigates current economic activity of the Belarusian Agricultural and Production Complex (APC). The paper reviews the agricultural issues that arise during the realisation of the Programme on the APC Renovation in 2001--2005. It gives strong support to the argument that one needs two basic conditions to successfully accomplish the agricultural reform. These conditions are as follows: favourable macroeconomic policy and preliminary microeconomic environment. In order to create these conditions it is necessary to form brand-new and effective market-orientated system which will penetrate all spheres of economic life. Agrarian reforms should secure the country with food and cater for well-being of the Belarusian people.
Резюме: Проанализирована производственно-хозяйственная деятельность АПК Беларуси на современном этапе. Дан анализ проблем аграрной экономики в свете реализации Программы совершенствования агропромышленного комплекса Беларуси на 2001--2005 годы. Автор аргументировано доказывает, что для успешного осуществления аграрной реформы на селе необходимы два основополагающие условия: благоприятная макроэкономическая политика и подготовленная микроэкономическая среда. А для этого требуется формирование принципиально новой сквозной эффективной рыночной системы хозяйствования. Аграрные реформы должны обеспечивать продовольственную безопасность страны, достойную жизнь крестьянства и всего белорусского народа.

Music dramaturgy of a video film. pp. 60--64

Summary: Being a component of the entire dramatic pattern, music dramaturgy of a video film has complex, emotional, semantic, intellectual and artistic structure. Dramatic pattern being configured and contents being objectified, music dramaturgy effectively creates the artistic 'space-and-time universe' of a film.
Резюме: Автор рассматривает музыкальную драматургию видеофильма в контексте общих задач драматургии экранного произведения на основе взаимодействия и синтеза всех его изобразительно-выразительных средств. Основываясь на теоретическом анализе музыкальной драматургии видеофильма, делается вывод: концепт музыкальной драматургии видеофильма выражает временной, результирующийся в драматургической структуре видеопроизведения процесс конфигурирования формы и объективизации содержания при помощи музыкального художественного образа с целью наиболее полного воплощения и всестороннего раскрытия идеи произведения. Музыкальная драматургия видеофильма является художественным специфическим способом авторского самовыражения, отражения и воплощения реальной действительности. Музыкальная драматургия видеофильма -- имманентно присущий компонент драматургической формы и содержания видеопроизведения, активно участвующий в формировании художественного пространства-времени видеофильма. Этот компонент обусловлен художественной идеей, жанровой принадлежностью, сценарной драматургией, авторским стилем режиссера, звукорежиссера и композитора.

The church architecture of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. pp. 65--75

Summary: The author is the first researcher to examine how the church architecture of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania evolved in the 13^th--14^th centuries. The paper marks the link between the Grand Duchy architecture and the East Slavic architecture of the 12^th and early 13^th centuries. It also stresses the connection between the Grand Duchy architecture and the Roman Gothic art of Central and Northern Europe. As a result, the analysis of architectural peculiarities reveals the common basis for Ukranian architecture in Volyn, Belarusian architecture in Black Rus and Lithuanian architecture in Lithuania.
Резюме: Впервые рассматривается эволюция сакральной архитектуры Великого Княжества Литовского в XIII— XIV вв. Отмечается ее связь с древнерусским зодчеством XII — начала XIII в., а Также романо-готическим искусством стран Центральной и Северной Европы. В результате анализа памятников выявлена база, на основе которой складывались украинская на Волыни, белорусская в Черной Руси и литовская в Литве архитектуры.

Summary: The article investigates the principles of non-classic rationality in the avant-garde music of the first half of the 20^th century. It explains why new mentality in music has appeared and characterizes the classical period in avant-garde music.
Резюме: Рассматриваются принципы неклассической рациональности на примере додекафонии в музыке первой половины XX века. Выявлены также причины, приведшие к новому музыкальному мышлению и охарактеризован классический этап музыкального авангарда.

Semantics of Belarusian wedding poetry symbols. pp. 83--87

Summary: The article examines the symbols of wedding poetry and rituals in divinations, popular beliefs and superstitions of Belarusian as well as Slavic and Indo-European ethnic cultures. Semantics of the wedding symbols of water, moon, fire and bread are analysed in connection with mythological beliefs and world-views of Belarusians.
Резюме: Рассматриваются символы свадебно-обрядовой поэзии в гаданиях, верованиях и приметах белорусов, а также славянских и индоевропейских народов. Исследуется семантика свадебных символов воды, месяца, огня, хлеба в ее связи с мифологическими представлениями и мировосприятием белорусов.

Rhetorical imitation as a principle promoting interaction of cultures at different stages of development. pp. 88--95

Summary: Analysis of medieval literary genres at different development stages of East Slavonic verbal culture allows to detect and characterize phenomenon of rhetorical imitation both as interaction methods for cultures from different stages and as a culture-shaping principle. New category of rhetorical imitation has been entered into culturological use, novel methods and analytical tools have been offered to analyze ancient literary manuscripts.
Резюме: Анализ существования и закономерностей модификации отдельных жанров средневековой книжности на разных стадиях развития восточнославянской словесной культуры позволяет выявить и охарактеризовать феномен риторической имитации как один из способов взаимодействия разностадиальных культур и одновременно -- как один из творческих принципов, на основании которого формируется культура (творческая традиция) определенного типа. В научный оборот вводится новая культурологическая категория -- «риторическая имитация»; предлагаются новые методико-методологические подходы и способы анализа произведений древней книжности.

Artistic phenomenon of "Slovo o polku Igoreve". pp. 96--101

Summary: On the basis of M. Bakhtin's theory of chronotope, the author of the article suggests interpreting the fictional world of the Old Russian poem, Slovo o polku Igoreve, as a spatialtemporal model of reality. The peculiar generic-stylistic syncretism of the poem is determined by the phenomenon of the space and time unity as well as by the correlation between the horizontal (centre -- periphery) and the vertical (top -- bottom) models of the poem's structure. The author considers Slovo's chronotope as discrete space divided into route fragments each of which has its individual rhythm depending on the intensity of the movement characteristic of a given fragment.
Резюме: Автор статьи обосновывает возможность рассматривать художественный мир «Слова о полку Игореве» как пространственно-временную модель действительности, используя основные положения учения М. М. Бахтина о хронотопе. Своеобразный жанрово-стилистический синкретизм «Слова» обусловлен феноменом пространственно-темпорального единства, взаимокорреляцией горизонтальной (центр-периферия) и вертикальной (верх-низ) -моделей структурной организации произведения. Хронотоп «Слова» предлагается рассматривать как дискретное пространство, расчлененное на участки пути, каждый из которых наделен индивидуальным ритмом соответственно той или иной степени интенсивности движения на пространственных и временных отрезках пути.

Intimate lyric poetry as a specific artistic phenomenon. pp. 102--107

Summary: This article interprets the main theoretical problems of lyrics, namely of its intimate genre. The terms such as «intimate» and «love» lyrics are defined with the help of correlation method. The paper comments on specific features of the gender aspect in intimate lyrics. It analyzes the peculiarities of how lyric object and lyric subject (the main character) behave in the love poem. The article also provides classification of works in the genre of love lyrics; the classification is based on the addressee's presence. Within the framework of the above system, the differences between various kinds of lyric poems are illustrated with the help of the selected pieces from Belarusian poetry.
Резюме: Осмысляются основные теоретические проблемы такого жанра лирики, как интимная. Автор путем корреляции определяет термины «интимная» и «любовная» лирика, высказывает мнение относительно специфики «мужской» и «женской» интимной поэзии, анализирует особенности функционирования лирического объекта и лирического субъекта (героя) любовного стихотворения. Дается классификация лирических произведений о любви в зависимости от наличия адресата, а также на примере белорусской поэзии проиллюстрированы видовые различия лирических стихотворений в пределах приведенной системы.

МОВАЗНАЎСТВА. LINGUISTICS

Summary: The paper reveals the syntactic means of oral speech in Yanka Kupala's poetry. These means act as poetic values which illustrate the harmony of contents and form in poet's works.
Резюме: Выявлены синтаксические средства устной речи, использованные в поэзии Янки Купалы как поэтические ценности, иллюстрирующие гармоничность содержания и формы произведений поэта.

Aphorisms in Yakub Kolas's works. pp. 117--122

Summary: A literary text is a multileveled phenomenon. When a recipient decodes author's intention and implicit contents of an aphorism, used as a type of a literary text, one can single out several steps in this decoding process. These steps range from the textual meaning of a sentence through the contextual meaning of an expression to the implied sense of an aphorism. The understanding of an aphorism happens in a certain cognitive field which is conveyed through key (precedent) language units. The precedent lexeme is in fact a primary unit of a literary discourse. In language semantic system this lexeme is realised by a set antecedents. The works of the Belarusian classic Yakub Kolas are analysed in order to show the cognitive antecedent field of 'destiny' lexeme which acts as a most representative example of a number of precedent concepts.
Резюме: Художественный текст -- явление многоуровневое. Декодировка имплицитного содержания изречения (как вида художественного текста) и авторской интенции реципиентом подразумевает прохождение нескольких ступеней: от текстового значения предложения -- через контекстное значение высказывания -- к подтекстовому смыслу изречения. Осмысление изречения происходит в определенном когнитивном поле, которое формируется, передается через ключевые (прецедентные) единицы языка. Первичной единицей художественного дискурса является прецедентная лексема, которая воплощается в семантической системе языка комплексом антецедентов. Приводится когнитивно-антецедентное поле лексемы судьба как наиболее репрезентативный пример ряда прецедентных понятий в творчестве классика белорусской литературы Якуба Коласа.
