To the question on plastic deformation of the cut off layer. Part 3. Cutting in conditions of adhesion of contact surfaces. pp. 48--54
Summary: The definition of a conditional corner of shift and corner of the valid shift in conditions of contact surfaces sticking is made under the formulas found for conditions of only external friction. Only instead of an average corner of friction in the formulas use the valid corner of friction. Thus the valid comer of friction is less than an average corner of friction. The reduction of an average corner of friction is taken into account with the help of coefficient, smaller unity and having different meaning for various conditions of friction or kinds of contact interaction. In conditions of the mixed friction the size of coefficient is inconstant, and in conditions complete sticking is constant.

Development of methods for account of longitudinal and cross field copying mechanisms for cutter of combine harvester. pp. 61--69
Summary: The basic types of automatic field relief copying mechanisms by a catter of a combine harvester are considered. Main conditions for selection of loads on copying pads are determined and opportunity for guaranteeing a satisfactory capacity for work of a hinged-lever mechanism with a balancing spring for copying by catter of the field relief with depth and step of sine wave form macroasperity up to 0.25 m and 0.5 m is proven. On the basis of the principle of virtual movings the problem of to choice of rational parameters of balancing mechanisms is solved and computer program for account is created.
Summary: The problem of thermal field determination in anisotropic elliptical plate is considered. The area for solution solving maps in a non-conformal way on a circle, then the method of compressed images is applied.

The analysis of heat-exchange processes at thermal spraying. Convective heat-exchange. pp. 76--82
Summary: Heat-exchange between gas flow and particle in spraying process proceed in conditions of non-isothermal process, therefore values of heat emission coefficient and Nusselt's count are variable. Theoretic analysis of account methods of values of heat emission coefficient and Nusselt's count are carried out. Two limit case of heat-exchange are viewed: heat-exchange in area very small times (t ® 0) and stationary case (t ® µ).

Summary: The analysis results of different development scenarios for electricity generation system of Belarus using software package WASP-I1I Plus are given. Calculations were carried out for scenario based only on construction of new natural gas power plants, for scenario providing construction of nuclear power station, and for scenario providing construction wind power stations. It was shown, that with given forecast for the natural gas and petroleum prices, is the scenario providing construction of nuclear power station is the most economically profitable. Scenario providing construction of wind power stations is also economically profitable but in a lesser degree.

Experimental investigation of microwave noise meter. pp. 104--114
Summary: Theoretical and experimental research of microwave noise meter calibration unit using modulation method are carried out. Parameters of the basic functional devices of calibration unit are determined. Conditions of amplitude and frequency modulation formations for input microwave signal are determined. Influences of the frequency modulation, modulation components attenuation and full input signal attenuation on the value of amplitude modulation coefficient and frequency modulation index are experimentally investigated. It is shown that accuracy of calibration microwave signal formation, hence and accuracy of microwave noise meter calibration, is determined by accuracy of amplitude modulation coefficient definition with the help of spectral methods. Three various methods of amplitude detector form-factor a were investigated: using voltage-current characteristic of diode, using diode constant voltage dependence on input signal power, and modulation method with using microwave noise meter and calibration unit. Comparison of these three methods of factor a definition has shown, that in the big signals area the field measurement results will be well coordinated. At low signals field (£4 <50 MB) measurement results quickly diverge, but general type of dependences is preserved. Thus, at amplitude noise measurement it is necessary to provide microwave input signal power level to be in the field which corresponds to the diode constant voltage not less than 100 MV. For two calibration methods the research of metrology parameters of microwave signal amplitude, frequency and insertion phase noise meter are carried out. The measuring error is determined by installation and measurement error of spectral methods of modulation parameter for microwave calibration signal. Use of the offered calibration unit allows practically to remove error dependent on analyzing frequency, and to reduce error dependent on value of an input signal. Also the sensitivity of three kinds of noise of microwave signal measurements with the help of a designed meter MNM 78-118 are determined.

Summary: Using uranium-236 as the tracer of "Chernobyl" uranium the average depths of burning out of fuel in depositions on separate platforms of northern and western radioactive traces of 30-km of zone Chernobyl NPP are determined. It is shown, that in 30-km to zone Chernobyl NPP the average burning out of fuel is (9.4 ± 0.5) MW.d/kgU. This value is lower than average calculated burning out of fuel by 17% in AZ 4-th block Chernobyl NPP at the moment of accident.
