Synthesis of solid solutions Bi2(Ca,Sr)n+1ConOy(n=1, 2). pp. 5--11

Summary: Single phase solid solutions of compound Bi2Ca3-xSrxCo2Oy (x < 2) have been synthesized by a solid state reaction in air. These solid solutions have been revealed to be not superconductive. They have a metal type conductivity in a temperature range from 80 to 800 K and that of a semiconductor type below 83 K. Individual compound Bi2Sr2Co1Oy has been synthesized by a solid state reaction. It has been established that it is impossible to replace strontium by calcium.

Structure and ion-exchanging of phosphates and molybdate of zirconium, titanium and hafnium modified by hydroxides. pp. 12--16

Summary: Structural and ion-exchanging properties of phosphates and manganates of zirconium, titanium and hafnium structured by iron and aluminium hydroxides have been studied. A curve of Vs -- composition of coprecipitated samples produced from bi- and three-component systems has been shown to have a maximum. Analogous dependence has been obtained for ion-exchanging capacity. Ion-exchanging capacity has been established to increase due to inner surface development which enhances an accessibility of ion-exchanging sites.

Thermodynamic properties of acetylene hydrocarbons. pp. 17--26

Summary: Values of thermodynamic properties of butyne-1 and butyne-2, pentyne-1 and pentyne-2, hexyne-2 and hexyne-3, heptyne-2, 4,4-dimethylpentyne-2 and cyclopropylacetylene have been calculated under idal gas conditions. A simple additive scheme has been elaborated to calculate an enthalpy of acetylene hydrocarbons formation (gas; 298.15 K). The values of enthalpy of formation of isomeric hexynes and heptynes have been calculated based on additivity rule.

Synthetic sex feromones of moths harmful to fruit cultures. pp. 53--58

Summary: A long-term investigation based on 2,3-acylcyclohexan-1,3-diones and their precursors resulted in preparation of synthetic feromones for a number of specific moths harmful to fruit trees, such as Gelechia rhombella Shiff., Callisto denticulella Th., Lithocolletis corylifoliella HW., Nepticula malella Stt., Coleophora nigricella Steph. The compounds prepared are promising for application in agriculture for moth monitoring as well as for moth control by male elimination.

Effect of phospholipase A2 preincubation with 9,10,11-methyl analogous of prostaglandi on lipolysis. pp. 59--70

Summary: Egg yolk phospholipids hydrolysis by Naja naja oxiana and Vipera russelli snakes venom phospholipase A2(PL A2) was studied. The method of diffusion of the enzyme in lecithin --agarose gel after preincubation with hydrophobic substances was used. Natural PG E2, PG F2a and 22 synthetic 9,10,11-methyl of analogous PG based on cyclopenthanon and cyclopenthenon were used as hydrophobic agents. Last group included ethylene-, acetylene-, isoxazole- and isoxazoline-contained derivatives. Inhibition of PL A2 activity after preincubation with almost all agents were observed.

Preparation and properties of imidized terpenoid maleic resin. pp. 76--82

Summary: A method for a modified terpenoid maleic resin (ITMR) preparation by TMR treatment with ethanolamine at 170±2 °C has been developed. The ITMP possesses a number of useful properties such as electroinsulatoric, antiseptic and anticorrosion ones. Thermal oxidative destruction of ITMR in a temperature range from 180 to 200 °C has been studied by dynamic and isothermal gravimetry.

Viryasov G. P., Ivanova L. A., Kukharchik V. V., Parmon S. V
Dependence of a chemical component composition of lipids of organic sapropels on extractant properties. pp. 90--94

Summary: Polar extractants (isopropanol, chloroform-ethanol (1:1)) permit a lipid yield to be increased by 1.5 -- 2 times as compared to nonpolar ones (benzene C2-80/120) due to isolation of oxidized sapropel components of a nonlipid nature. Chemical composition of lipids extracted from organic sapropels by benzene C2-80/120 is similar to a peat wax. But these lipids are characterized by a higher content of saturated long-chain nonbranched compounds of a normal structure mainly, such as n-hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols, acids, ketones.

Kinetics of dinitrile of azodiisobutyric acid thermal decomposition in aprotonic and hydrotopic solvents. pp. 99--105

Summary: Kinetics of 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropanenitrile) (ABMPN) thermal decomposition has been studied in dimethylformamide (DMF) and 51.5% (wt) aqueous solution of sodium rhodanate (ASSR). Initial rate constants of thermal decomposition, kd have been determined at 70 -- 90 °C, kd in ASSR being higher as compared to that in DMF. This fact is due to a specificity of a complexation of ABMPN and fragments of its decomposition with solvent molecules.
