Evolution of a structure of porous composite Al/Al2O3 at hightemperature treatment. pp. 5--10

Summary: Peculiarities of evolution of microstructure of porous composite Àl/Àl2Î3 at thermotreatment on the air at temperatures 600--1200 °C have been investigated. It has been stated that polymorphous transformation, recrystallization of porous cover Àl2Î3 on an aluminium particles, smelting and evaporation of the metal intensify chemical interaction of aluminium with oxygen of an air. A growth of threadlike crystalls of s-Àl2Î3 is conditioned by dominating of vapour-phase mechanism of metal oxidation. Mechanism of baking of active Àl2Î3 is caused by temperature of a process. At 770--930 °C surface mass-transfer turn into volume diffusion and is accompanied by intensive decreasing of as specific surface as limit sorption pores volume.

Investigation of ethylene polymerization kinetics on homogeneons catalyst system Cp2TiCl2--AlEt2Cl modified by diphenylmagnesium. pp. 34--37

Summary: It has been showed that introducing of diphenylmagnesium as modificator in homogeneous catalyst system AlEt2Cl influences considerable on catalyst activity and kinetics of ethylene polymerization. It has been established that nature of catalytic active sites formed in modifyed catalyst system is close to nature of catalytic active sites in homogeneous catalyst Cp2TiCl2--AlEt2Cl. Increase of catalytic activity homogeneous catalyst system in the presence of diphenylmagnesium at the beginning of polymerization is connected with participation of organomagnesium compounds in processes of alkylation with formation of catalytic active alkylated complexes Ti(IV).

Estimation of projections area of dinonylnaphthalenesulfonic anions. pp. 45--50

Summary: The areas of D--anions adsorbed on the surface were calculated from the surface tention isotherms on the border of electrolyte aquens solution and organic solution of dinonylnaphthalenesulfonic acid (HD) or its salt (ID). The scale models of HD molecules were constructed by the computer simulation method and the minimum and maximum projections areas were determined. As a result, the areas of different D--anion projections are equal to the values from 100 °A 2 to 177 °A 2. Area taken from interface tension results makes 161 °A 2.

Summary: The kinetics of camphor solution crystallization by salt-out technique has been investigated. The nucleation induction period and precipitation start time as functions of the processing conditions have been determined. The time-dependences of nuclei number formed have been studied. It was shown that creation of solution supersaturation during salting-out has some peculiarities influencing the nucleation kinetics.

Summary: The synthetic approach to a new derivatives of 4-(5-alkyl-2-isoxazolin-3-yl)phenol that possess liquid crystalline properties is described. This method involved 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxide V to heptene-1-ene following by deben-zylation to corresponding phenol VII. Further esterification with various acids gives desired compounds IXa-d with three or four cycles, one of which is 2-isoxazoline ring. The mesomorphic properties of these compounds are given.

Isolation and main characteristic of human thyroperoxydase. pp. 80--87

Summary: A method has been developed for preparing high purity human thyroperoxidase for the use in an immunoassay technology. The thyroperoxidase isolation procedure includes obtaining the microsomal fraction of the thyroid, its solubilisation with detergents, the fractionation of the solubilised material with ammonium sulphate followed by dissolving the thyroperoxidase-containing residue in 6 M urea at pH 12 and the purification of the target product using ion-exchange and gel-exclusive chromatographies. The thyroperoxidase preparations are characterized by electrophoretic and spectrophotometric methods, enzymatic activity and immunoreactivity are determined. The usefulness of the thyroperoxidase for the application in an immunoassay technology has been shown.

Immunoreactive conformation of the HIV-MN immunodominant epitope. pp. 88--94

Summary: The geometry refinement for the four preferred structures of immunodominant epitope of HIV-MN protein gp!20, derived earlier from the NMR spectroscopy data, is carried out using the quantum chemistry methods. As a result, the energy characteristics of initial structures were improved significantly, and their relative locations on the scale of formation heats were determined. On this basis, only one out of four starting structures is proposed as the biologically relevant conformation for the virus immunogenic crown. It is shown that the geometric parameters of this structure in water solution match a double b-turn conformation. The results obtained are discussed in connection with the literature data on the structure of the HIV--1 principal neutralizing determinant.

Summary: Process of stabilization of a cubic phase oxide zirconium is investigated by introduction of stabilizing additives of cerium and yttrium by a method of chemical sedimentation of stabilizing additive on charge ceramics. It is received, that achievement of a required degree of stabilization needs smaller quantity (amount) of additives in comparison with a traditional way. The mechanism of the stabilization, consisting that the method of chemical sedimentation reaches (achieves) uniform distribution of the additive on particles initial charge monocline oxide zirconium is offered.
