Summary: The influence of the Ti(III)/Ti(IV) molar ratio on the process of iron subgroup metal powders deposition was investigated. The rate and degree of metal reduction are shown to decrease, when Ti(IV) is introduced into a deposition solution, whereas under certain conditions that decrease is, but it is little. At the same time Ti(IV) introduced enables the concurrent side process of water reduction with Ti(III) complexes to be essentially suppressed.

Interpolymeric reactions between poly-N,N-dimethyl-N,N-diallyloammonium chloride and heterofunctional polyelectrolyte -- sodium lignosulfonates. pp. 34--38
Summary: The transformation degree for homopolymer, poly-N,N-dimethyl-N,N-diallylammoniumchloride, and heterogenic polyelectrolyte, sodium lignosulfonate, in the interpolymeric reaction has been estimated. It was shown that the degree of sodium lignosulphonates transformation is various for the functional groups with the different pKa value and increases with the pH rising. The insoluble complex formed under sodium lignosulphonate deficiency is characterized by the higher degree of transformatuion in comparision with the stoichiometric polyelectrolyte complex.

It was shown that in dependence on conditions of physical-chemical affects upon the layer the size of particles formed in it can be different as well as their shape. Conditions of silver nanofilaments formation in the mentioned layers were determined.

Processes of dissolution-reduction during tin cementation onto zinc. pp. 46--50
Summary: Tin cementation onto zinc from citrate solution which permits one to obtain the protective and decorative coating with the thickness 2--5 µm was investigated using AAS, XPS, AES, EM methods. The cementation reaction was found to be accompanied by the side process of zinc dissolution with the hydrogen generation. The dissolved zinc codeposits with tin and includes into the surface layers of tin film. The fact of zinc presence in the surface layers and its absence in the bulk of the coating proves the participation of codeposited zinc in the cementation reaction. The repeated processes of dissolution and codeposition show that zinc fulfils the function of cementation catalyst providing cemented tin films' thickness.

Quantum-chemical calculation of the intermolecular H bonds energy for a-acetyl derivatives of five-membered cyclic b-dicarbonyl compounds. pp. 65--69
Summary: By the semiempirical methods AM1 and PM3 the energy values of intramolecular H-bonds in enolic tautomers of fivemembered carbo- and heterocyclic (a-acetyl b-dicarbonyl compounds have been calculated and relative thermodynamic stabilities of such tautomers have been estimated. It has been established that currently existing theoretical and experimental methods for determination of the H-bonds absolute energy values in enolic derivatives of b-diketones and b,b'-triketones can diminish the real energy values by 1.1--4.7 kcal/mol. It has been shown that in vapour phase (ideal gas approximation) all the b,b'-tricarbonyl compounds studied exist predominantly as exoenolic tautomers.

Summary: Objects of the investigation involve pigmented compositions and vulcanizates on the basis of cis-isoprene and oil-extended butadiene- methylstyrene rubbers, stabilized by hindered amines and their combinations with IPPD -- industrial stabilizer of p-phenylenediamine type. In order to assess the efficiency of the suggested stabilizing mixtures and to study changes of the properties of rubbers under the influence of oxygen and high temperature the following techniques were used: determination of mechanical properties of vulcanizates before and after aging; determination of the fatigue endurance of the rubbers; IR spectroscopy of repeatedly disrupted total internal reflection (IRS RDTIR). The goal of the work was to develop stabilizing systems on the basis of hindered amines increasing the operation period of rubber goods.

An inhibition was quantitatively characterized by the inhibition constants Ki, M and the stoichiometric inhibition coefficient f meaning the radical number terminated by one molecule of inhibitor. Ki is minimum for poly(ADSP) and equaled to 3.0 10-5 M. The f values are maximum for o-AP (2.6) and InH4 (1.8).

Features of 137Cs distribution among conjugate elementary landscapes of Polessje type. pp. 104--107
Summary: The features of distribution of physico-chemical forms of 137Cs in the conjugation of elementary landscapes of palessje type: H/E/e, H-H-Fe/TS/fg, H-Fe/S/Fg was studied. An immobile form dominates in the structure of 137Cs. The barrier geosystem H-H-Fe/TS/fg is characterized by the high lateral and radial contrast in the distribution of 137Cs between all its forms. The part of 137Cs mobile forms increases to 15--25% in the peaty humus podsol gley soil. This explaines the increase in the median rate of 137Cs migration in the given geosystem as well as the sharp (in 4 times) increase in intensity of biological absorption of 137Cs by the cover surfaces.
