The Proceedings contain the reports on recent achievements in the field of scanning probe scectroscopy of solid bodies surfaces in the Republic of Belarus and in the near foreign countries. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Solid State and Semiconductor Physics of NASB, Belarusian State University, Institute of Molecular and Atomic Physics of NASB, V.A.Biely Institute of Mechanics of Metal-Polymer Systems of NASB, Division for Resource-Saving Problems of NASB, Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research, and Ya.Kupala Grodno State University. The scientists and specialists from Japan, Russia and Belarus have taken part in it.
