Ðåçþìå: Ðàññìîòðåíû ôóíäàìåíòàëüíûå âîïðîñû ïëàñòè÷íîñòè íåéðîíàëüíûõ ñåòåé â ñòâîëå ãîëîâíîãî ìîçãà â àñïåêòå âîññòàíîâëåíèÿ íàðóøåííûõ ôóíêöèé ìîçãà ïðè íåéðîäåñòðóêòèâíûõ ïðîöåññàõ ðàçëè÷íîé ýòèîëîãèè.

Ðåçþìå:  ñòàòüå ïðèâåäåíû äàííûå ïî ýïèäåìèîëîãèè, ýòèîëîãèè, ïàòîãåíåçó, ëå÷åíèþ è ïðîôèëàêòèêå ïèùåâîé àëëåðãèè. Ïðåäñòàâëåíû ðåçóëüòàòû ñîáñòâåííûõ èññëåäîâàíèé. Ïðèâåäåí ñëó÷àé èç êëèíè÷åñêîé ïðàêòèêè. Ïðè èññëåäîâàíèè ñïåöèôè÷åñêîãî èììóíîãëîáóëèíà Å ê ïèùåâûì ïðîäóêòàì óñòàíîâëåíî, ÷òî ñâûøå ïîëîâèíû ñëó÷àåâ ñî÷åòàííîé ïèùåâîé àëëåðãèè (59,1%) îòíîñèòñÿ ê êîìáèíàöèè ñî ñìåñüþ èíãàëÿöèîííûõ àëëåðãåíîâ. Îáíàðóæåíî, ÷òî â ïîëèâàëåíòíîé ïèùåâîé àëëåðãèè íàèáîëåå ÷àñòî âñòðå÷àþòñÿ çëàêè (45,5%), òîìàò (36,4%) è ðûáà (28,7%).

Summary: In article the data on epidemiology, etiologies, pathogeny, treatments and preventions of a food allergy are resulted. Results of own researches are submitted. The case from clinical practice is described. Over half of combined food allergy incidents relate to combination from inhalation allergens composite. It is determine on investigation of foodstuff specific immunoglobulin. It is reveal, that cereals (45,5%), tomato (36,4%) and fish (28,7%) most often establish at polyvalent food allergy.
