Ïðåäñòàâëåíû ðåçóëüòàòû ñîáñòâåííûõ èññëåäîâàíèé. Îáíàðóæåíî, ÷òî ââåäåíèå â áðîíõîëåãî÷íóþ ñèñòåìó ýíäîòîêñèíà Pseudomonas aeruginosa âûçûâàåò îò÷åòëèâóþ ýêñïðåññèþ áåëêà c-Fos â ñòðóêòóðàõ ÿäðà ñîëèòàðíîãî òðàêòà ïðîäîëãîâàòîãî ìîçãà ó ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíûõ æèâîòíûõ
Summary: The article presents new data in research of the early response gene product c-fos, a marker of neuronal activity for many nerve cell populations. The results of our own studies are given. Intrabronchopulmonary administration of the endotoxin Pseudomonas aeruginosa was found to induce a marked expression of the c-fos gene in structures of the nucleus tractus solitarii (NTS) in the medulla of experimental rats.
