Copolymers of acrylamide with sodium acrylate as adhesives in a glass-paper system. pp. 33--38
Summary: A possibility to use a copolymer of acrylamide with sodium acrylate as a base for adhesives in a glass-paper system has been studied. An effect of chemical composition of the hydrolysis products of polyacrylamide and polyacrylonitrile fibre (nitron) on rheological and adhesion properties of the glues has been investigated. A strength growth rate of a glue compound has been shown to depend on aratio between acrylamide and acrylate groups in a polymer and on a content of inorganic admixtures in polymer solutions. A possibility to use hydrolysis products of polyacrylonitrile fibre (nitron) as a base for adhesives in glass-paper system has been shown. Hydrolysis products of polyacrylamide may be used as glues if the copolymer molecular weight is reduced to an optimal level.

Mechanical and dynamic properties of segmented polyurethane ester. pp. 39--42
Summary: Mechanical dynamic properties of thermoplastic polyurethane on oligoester base have been studied. Relaxation transitions have been considered in polymers homologues to rigid and flexible blocks. Presence of close values of quantum periodicity has been established for rigid and flexible blocks which leads to hybridization of a-, d-, a2 and ll-transitions, and one glass transition temperature, whose concentration dependence of block content meets Fox equation in respect to the polymer-homologue transitions. Elastic properties in the viscoelasticity plateau interval follow concentration dependence in the form of Devise equation which confirms the presence of dual phase continuity of the rigid and flexible blocks. The results is high elastic properties of thermoplastic polyurethane surpassing adaptive contribution of components.

Influence of the polymer matrix on structure and characteristics of compositions of foamed polyolefins. pp. 49--51
Summary: The compositions of polyethylene and ethylene and vinilacetate copolymer base were obtained and examined. The influence of the polymer matrix on structure and characteristics of integral polyfoam has been investigated. Nitrogen dicarbonamid was used as chemical blowing agent and the temperature of its decomposition was lowered with the help of decomposition activator -- zinc oxide. The obtained results showed the possibility to regulate the structure and characteristics of polyfoam by use of different polyolefines and by control over correlation of blowing agent and the activator of its decomposition.

Electret-thermal analysis of blood. pp. 69--72
Summary: Thermally stimulated depolarization method intended for analysis of dielectric charged state was used for human blood research. Blood spectrum of thermally stimulated current on positive temperature area consists of three peaks. Hypothesis has been offered that low-temperature peak (40-50 °C) is determined by thermally stimulated destruction of hydrate shells surrounding blood components. More high middle-temperature peak (70-90 °C) corresponds to thermal denaturation of blood proteins. Most intensive peak (105-120 °C) is observed when phase transition of blood occurs. It is accompanied by thrombus-like mass formation. Position of high-temperature peak on temperature scale depends from blood group. Data was adduced testifying that blood electret effect is function and factor initiating biochemical processes in human organism. Thermally stimulated depolarization method can be used as simple and informative diagnostics means after complex of medicine-physical researches fulfilling.

Role of liquid crystals in biotribological properties of the joint synovial medium. pp. 73--79
Summary: The paper deals with the issue of low friction in synovial joints. Experiments have revealed that synovial fluids and their lipid extracts feature reversible phase transitions in the range of physiological temperatures. These data in combination with the resuits of thermopolarizing microscopy and thin-layer chromatography allowed to conclude that synovia comprises the liquid-crystalline cholesterol compounds. Their effect on the joint cartilage biotribological properties have been investigated. It is shown that alongside with the lubricant medium nature frictional interaction of cartilages is influenced also by their surface layer structure. An assumption is put forward that the liquid crystal compounds of synovia under the orientation effect of the collagen structures and microgrooves I between them form ordered lubricating layers with low shear stress on the cartilage surfaces. It results in minimum frictional losses at the cartilages relative motion and the experimantally observed medicative effect.

Formation of amorphous layers of silicon carbide at tetramethylsilicon decomposition. pp. 84--87
Summary: The process of tetramethylsilicon decomposition is investigated at formation of amorphous layers of silicon carbide in hydrogen flow. The obtained regularities allow to assume that the growth kinetics of amorphous layers of silicon carbide is determined by processes in an adsorbed layer on a substrate surface. It is shown that layers of silicon carbide obtained under all researched modes are amorphous. It is established that amorphous layers of silicon carbide deposited at the tetramethylsilicon contents in the gas flow above 0.25 vol.% have rather strong dependence of specific resistance and refraction factor on concentration of main component in the gas mixture. It is shown that temperature of deposition is one of major parameters at deposition of silicon carbide amorphous films at tetramethylsilicon decomposition.

Particularities of activated sintering of aluminum by small additives of silicon. pp. 88--93
Summary: The possibility of achievement of high density of aluminum powdered alloys by sintering activated by small additives of silicon is considered. The liquid phase formed under sintering is assumed to be constantly present in powder body and to accelerate the processes of compaction and alloying. It was assumed that increase of sintering temperature accelerates the processes. The suggestion was confirmed by dilatometric investigations carried out for samples made from the mixture of elementary aluminum and silicon powder. Content of silicon in powder mixtures was 0.5--1.5 wt.%. The sintering was done in vacuum dilatometer at temperatures exceeding melting point of Al--Si system eutectic (577 °C).
