In the book are considered the contents and symbolical meaning of the engraving images (and not only them) in the Skaryna's editions, in particular of the bookprinting pioneer's portrait (1517), the mysterious marks and symbols are deciphered and their ethymology (genesis) is established. The internal substantial connection between objects of Skaryna's engravings as a genre is established, which characterize the author -- fruitful searcher of the esoteric contents in biblical values for "Rus' fraternity". In the thinker's biographic data and in different themes of Skaryniana in the field of philosophy, science, language, literature both the arts are brought the factological and conceptual additions and corrections. The priority of Skaryna in publication of the heliocentrism principle (26 years before N. Copernicus) and also in the foundation of the genre of popular scientific literature is established. The publication is intended for a wide circle of the readers interested in culture and science as factors of the Belarusian nation creation.
