The monograph is devoted to topical problems of ability for the modern human to live in changed environment and ways to minimize the negative influence (rehabilitation medicine) of extreme natural and technogenic ecological factors on human organism. From positions of ecological physiology of human and rehabilitation medicine are considered, and new approaches for a quantitative estimation of a number of the extreme ecological factors with the purposes of their "norm-setting" and forecasting the influence for human are stated. The climatic contrasts, distant movings, "jumps" from one time zone in another, desynchronoses, work in extreme conditions (watch), adverse radiating environment -- all these questions are examined from theoretical and practical positions of temporary organization of systems and functions (biorhythmological approach) with the account of adaptation opportunities of organism, serviceability and efficiency of performance of labour operations (biopower approach). The appropriate recommendations, rules and samples of the normative documents are offered. The book is intended for physicians - students of post-diploma practice, phyiologists, hygienists, balneologists, biorhythmologists, experts of rehabilitation medicine, of the organizers of public health services. It can also be interesting and useful to a wide circle of the readers.
