Please submit papers in English, completely prepared for publication. The total length of the text, including figures and references, is limited to 4 pages of A4 format. This file can serve as a sample when preparing reports. Texts are typed in MS Word ver.6 or above (14 point Times New Roman, single-space). Margins are as follows: Top and Bottom - 3 cm, Left and Right - 2.5 cm. One blank line is left after the paper title, authors' names, authors' affiliation/address, and before and after division headers. The name of the author expected to present the contribution should be underlined. Illustrations (black-and-white only) are placed within text of the report. References numbered in order of citation are enclosed in slashes, e.g. /1/. The list of references follows the report text. When writing formulas and preparing drawings please keep in mind, that proceedings will be directly reproduced to 1/1.4 ratio. The minimal height of symbols in formulas and drawings prior to reduction should make not less than 1.5 mm.
Files of the report in formats of Microsoft Word (with filename "Reg_numb_auth_name.doc") and Acrobat Reader (with filename "Reg_numb_auth_name.pdf") should be sent at the address of Organizing Committee by 1 June 2006. By the same due date two hard copies of the report printed on the laser printer should be mailed to Organizing Committee. Pages of the first copy are not numbered; pages of the second one are numbered by a light pencil in the right top corner, the number of a Conference topic (Section) indicated on the first page. Do not fold sheets. Protect them against bending by rigid spacers. Authors accept full responsibility for the contribution content, style, and quality. Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the reports that do not meet the above requirements.
