The Republic of Belarus has a significant scientific research and technological developments potential enabling to solve principal scientific and engineering problems. Achievements of the Belarusian scientists in the field of mathematics, optics, psychology, automation, geochemistry, linguistics, etc. have received the international recognition. A number of results obtained has the highest degree of importance and are classified as scientific discoveries.
