A mechanism of hard fossils mechano-activation during their recycling and modification of peat-coal and peat-polymer compositions has been established and interpreted. The electro-chemical humic substances division into fractions has been done. The colloid-chemical and chemical properties dependence from difilation of molecular associates, aromatic and aliphatic fragments proportion in macromolecules structure have been revealed.

A conception of elementary landscapes application as initial nature unit of geoecological construction process has been worked out.

The impact of humic peat-based preparations on intracellular energy exchange has been established. The fungicide activity towards a series of plant diseases of low-molecular fractions of humic preparations has been revealed.

The structural aspects have been elucidated of a novel biological function of human blood lipoproteins and immunoglobulins -- the specific binding of thyreoid hormones and the regulation of their interaction with the cell plasma membrane.

Different mutant form of cytochromes P-450 were obtained by means site directed mugenesis. The usage of these proteins in steroid oxidation enzymatic systems, reconstituted in vitro, resulted in understanding the distinctions and similarities in protein-protein relationships for microsomal and mitochondrial monooxygehase systems.

On the basis of peptide ligands and modified polyacrylonitrilic matrix the biospecific adsorbents were prepared to obtain plasminogen of high grade purity.

A new reaction of heterocyclic cleavage of isoxazoline derivatives, the important intermediates for total synthesis of prostaglandins and other bioactive compounds, has been discovered.

The synthesis of the new pentahydroxysteroid isolated earlier from the marine organisms Asterospicularia randalli has been carried out and its absolute configuration has been established for the first time.

The physical-chemical principles of the synthesis of the adsorbent-catalyst on the basis of highsilica zeolite and layer-pillared montmorillonite modified by cupric chromite for deep refining of the air mixtures from the hazardous wastes with the toxic substance simultaneous adsorption up to the environmental standards and their following oxidation have been developed. The efficiency of the adsorbent-catalyst has been confirmed by industry-experimental trials.

As a result of study of regularity of metal-carbon fibers and investigation of their electrochemical properties the tungsten carbon material has been obtained. The linear dependence of electrode potential on pH value of electrolyte has been revealed, which allows to recommend this material for using as sensitive flexible electrode for medical purposes.

Based on the investigations of low-molecular phosphates anion reorganization the methods of regulating their stability in solid and liquid states had worked up. The effect of low temperature condensation of dihydrotriphosphates leading to formation of tetra- and pentaforms, which content is correlating with theoretical calculations, has been discovered.

The physical-chemical principles of synthesis of porous composite materials from partially stabilized zircona fibers have been developed and porous durable ceramic materials perspective for high temperature isolation, liquid filtration and flame shields have been obtained.

First data on the geodynamic conditions of magmatic rock complexes formation during the Early Precambrian have been obtained. The tectonic history of crystalline basement evolution has been refined from geochronological data. A summary table of Early Precambrian magmatic formations of Belarus and review of metallogeny of the crystalline basement deposits on the west of Russian plate have compiled.

A series of lithologic-palaeogeographical maps of the East European platform west on a scale of 1:500,000 has been compiled and provided the basis for the analysis of evolution history of Postvariscian sedimentary basins in the region and the correlation with global geodynamic events. The maps of glaciodynamics and distribution of ultraheavy minerals (ilmenite, rutile, zircon, etc.) on a scale of 1:500,000 have been compiled and will substantiate the forecasts of placer deposits of heavy minerals (gold included).

A distribution and secondary migration of radionuclides within the territory of the west Chernobyl contamination trail have been described. Peculiarities of the vertical and lateral 134Cs, 137Cs, 106Ru and 40P distribution due to the facies conditions and lake basin types have been revealed. Some peculiar features of the radionuclides and nitrogen compounds behaviour in several test areas within north-east and west trails have been established.

A theoretical model has been developed allowing to predict the influence of different agents on the potentiometric titration curves of ion exchangers, to choose the optimal conditions to estimate the ionites exchange capacitance and to eliminate the impeding factors' effects.

A micromethod has been elaborated for definition of aldehyde groups in the amount of 5·10-7 -- 1·10-5mole/cm on the surface of functionalized polystyrol matrices allowing to control the quality of the solid polystyrol carriers used in the immunochemical analysis.

A possibility has been demonstrated for the anisotropic epitaxial films formation in the process of the thermal vacuum deposition of perilentetracarboxylic acid derivatives onto the substrata modified by multilayers of the X-type Langmuir-Blodgett films.

A preparation method has been elaborated for a new polyfunctional reagent -- 1,3-dinitro-1,4,4-trichloro-1,3-butadiene having high electrophility. Based on the reagent new ways of unusual nucleophilic substitution of nitro group have been found and the convenient regioselective ways have been proposed for the synthesis of functionally substituted hardly accessible substances of different clusters, including heterocyclic compounds with one or two nitro groups in the side chain.
